Bryan`s Luncheonette in Succasunna

A great place for a Sunday morning breakfast. Super friendly band fast service. CASH ONLY. It can get a bit busy as the day goes on but it's worth the wait.

The glowing reviews must be from people who go there all the time and value price over taste. The servers were very friendly and knew the regulars at the tables near us. They knew who wanted what type of toast and if the toast should be "dry" and who wanted coffee without being asked. Maybe that's the appeal, but I would rather have good food. Despite asking for well done bacon and really trying to make that point, it arrived with lots of soft & greasy fat. The omelettes were average, the home fries lacked any seasonings or flavor.

I love this local place. We found it by accident and I'm so happy we did. The food is amazing and the owner is amazing and full of energy. She is a ball of fun and always makes us laugh. They are great with my 2 yr old son too, last time we were there the owner wanted to take him home and i think he considered it for a moment😂

This is plain out horrible. Bad customer service and they discriminate against people in need and I wouldNot recommended to anyone. They only care about making money.

Great food and a great staff that's always smiling

If you are a Fan of Breakfast then this place is for you. They never disappoint. You can sit at the counter or in a booth. The service is always excellent and the food is great. Every town needs a great breakfast spot and Roxbury has a few of them. Parking can be a little tricky during busy hours, but it is worth it. Great Job as Always.

After a very long day for me and my children we decided to eat lunch at Bryans. My 7 year old was exhausted and STARVING. I thought, instead of McDonalds and/or Taco Bell we'd go to Bryans. My kids love it there. The food is good, fast and appeases everyone. Well, yesterday was a different story. My daughter didn't like what was served and the owner didn't like her behavior so she threw us out. Gave us the bill, and told us to leave (and that this isn't MCDonalds). Yes, she was being disruptive , yes she was HANGRY, she needed to eat. But instead of us being allowed to eat we were thrown out on the street. Bill was $40 for lunch ! Chicken fingers, burger and a salad. Perhaps if you're running a 'family business' you should be more family friendly. No more Bryans - thanks TRISH. Newsflash - your not Zagat rated.

Good food at good prices prepared and served by nice folks...Jersey perfection!! I've tried most of the specialty omelets (haven't brought my self to try Shannon's favorite, Strawberry, Apple & Honey, yet) and they are all deliciously balanced and flavorful.

A friend recommended this place so I placed several orders, however, I was appalled to hear the unfortunate event that took place. This restaurant is supposedly helping “feed Roxbury” to families in need due to Covid-19. My friend called to place her order Due to her family having a voucher (this voucher serves people a free lunch or dinner from selected items on the menu) the owner was extremely nasty and told her she is busy with paying customers and hung up on her. I was next to her and saw my friend in tears. This business should not be allowed, regardless of their popular reviews. How can anyone let the owner dehumanize, discriminate and humiliate ANYONE REGARDLESS OF SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS. I’m truly appalled and will NEVER order here again and I will be sure to let others know of their discrimination!!!

I have never been so dissatisfied with the customer service at this little lunch spot. After what I had witnessed with my sister, I will NEVER return here again. I have been a customer here for years and the owner so blantently discriminated against the customers who have been using the food vouchers because of COVID-19 is jaw-dropping. The owner of this luncheonette told my sister that she is too busy taking orders for people who are actually paying, while my sister was asking questions about the vouchers. I have also witnessed her saying to the chefs preparing the food for the customers "that is too much, give them less." As an owner of a food spot and having the honor to help your local community, I am disgusted by the very direct prejudice towards the customers who are in need. Places like this who serve the community should NOT be open and do not deserve the opportunity to stay open.

First visit to the lovely, neighborhood luncheonette. Food was delicious and very good value. Service was impeccable and I will definitely be back! I’ll be recommending to all my friends!

I will no longer be a customer here after seeing how poorly they treat their customers. My family member was highly discriminated while trying to use a food voucher due to covid-19. When trying to do so - the owner got on the phone - yelled, hung up multiple times & did not honor the voucher. This place talks down on their customers, especially in times of need. This place deserves 0 stars. They do not care about their customers - only about making money.

Bryan's has great breakfast and also a great meatball sub with freshly made fries... Love this place

We love this place so much we come here on a weekly basis. Trish, Shannon and staff are always pleasant and make you feel at home. Food is always well-prepared and tasty. Awesome place!

Bryan's is an old time favorite of many residents of Roxbury. Hometown feel, comfort food, and quick service. Friendly atmosphere makes everyone feel at home. Great place to stop for a quick bite.

Good place. Very small and difficult to get seats at times on weekends. Some very unique omelettes. Cash only. The Belgian waffles are the best, and I recommend getting them.

Very good sandwiches and service. Ample parking in lot behind the luncheonette. Appears to be a popular place for breakfast and lunch. Very busy at lunchtime. A bit on the side noisy, since the tables are fairly close together.

Thus is truly a hometown treasure. Breakfast, lunch it is all good. Been going there for over ten years. Great service, even the owner is waiting tables. Specialty menu is a huge plus.

Came here with my dad after a round of golf. The breakfast was amazing but the service was even better. Super friendly staff and attentive. I'll be coming back to try their lunch menu for sure.
